Communication was excellent (I had to email them to make sure the free “tasting box” was added to the order). And shipping from Japan was very fast! Got my first Bokksu box within 10 days or so!!

I bought this for my Aunt who is 93. She received it in less than a week and has been raving about it. She said it was packed beautifully and the snacks are all delicious. She loves the card with descriptions and pictures. Bokksu is top notch and I would not hesitate to try it. I may get my family to order one for me!
