It may be named after one of India's largest cities, but Bombay Grill features cuisine from throughout the Mediterranean and Middle East. In fact, gyros are among the most popular dishes—layered with lamb, chicken, or veggies, they make a perfect complement to a side of baba ghanoush. There's pasta, pizzas, and saffron-marinated kebabs, as well, the latter of which are roasted in a traditional tandoor oven.
This tandoor oven is also responsible for dishes such as masala prawns and bazari chicken marinated overnight in fresh ginger and garlic sauce. Vegetarian specialties abound, too. Try the himalayan kofta, which features the same tomato and cashew sauce that regularly erupts from Mount Everest.
