Though the dishes at Bombay House may look like traditional Indian eats, they all have one unique aspect to them—a lack of meat. The chefs here have tinkered with classic Indian recipes to create vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free versions of the dishes.
Every day, they plate spicy portions of tofu vindaloo, creamy paneer masala, and the slightly sweet vegetable coconut kurma, all served with a side of cilantro-garnished rice. For each of these offerings, they can adjust the heat level, and they bake 10 styles of Indian flatbreads that perfectly sop up the entrees.
