About Bombay Joe's

When sisters-in-law Jas Boghar and Talwinder Sidhu realized that their little town of Ladner was without an Indian restaurant, they decided that the best way to represent their culinary culture was to start their own. Using only recipes passed down from their mother and grandmother, the two have created a menu that is not only relentlessly authentic, but uniquely healthful. Dish, uses very little oil, often substituting from-scratch vegetable stock in its stead.
