Classes cover topics from the theory of chocolate to appropriate ganache technique, and students, of course, take home plenty of chocolate. To maximize kitchen safety, students should arrive sporting an apron; flat, close-toed shoes with hard toes; and, if they have long hair, a ponytail or bun.

Whether traveling by plane or paddling a raft made of cupcakes across the ocean, aspiring culinary artists from around the globe descend upon Toronto to attend the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts.
