Q:

Hello. The Groupon states: $15 for a dinner for two (up to a $36.48 total value). Your menu says that a smothered 3pc chicken dinner costs $11.99. So, without the Groupon, two people can eat for $24.00. Can you please explain where the $36.48 total value is? What can we order that totals $36.48?

db d.  asked on  Feb 11, 2013

A:

The value of the offer is broken down on the deal page:

"Each soul-food dinner includes the following per person:
Catfish-nugget dinner or three-piece chicken dinner (up to a $15.99 value)
One fountain drink (a $2.25 value)"

The catfish nugget dinner is $15.99. A drink is $2.25. $15.99 x $2.25 = $36.48.

We recognize the chicken dinner is not as expensive as the catfish dinner, which is why we say "up to $36.48" for the value--if you order the cheaper meal, you will not be getting the full value of this offer. I hope that helps.
