I'm seriously thinking about joining the boot camp; however, what do you suggest we eat prior to working out. It's 5am!

Hi Ja'Celynn!!! You can have 1/2 of a banana, 6oz of orange juice, english muffin with apple butter, just something light....nothing too heavy so that you dont cramp up during the session. Everyone is different so some people are able to train in the morning with just water. You have to listen to your body though. I hope that helps. I would love for you to join us.
