Q:

We have 2 young men in Wheelchairs, is it possible to bring them and their wheelchairs on the pontoon?

tammy s.  asked on  Mar 2, 2013

A:

Honestly, I am not sure how that would work. There is a dock beside the ramp that is approximately at the height of the boat. However, I think you would have to have somebody that could pick up the wheelchairs to get them on the boat. Once on the boat, we would have to figure out some way of securing the chairs to the boat. Sorry, for the rambling non answer, just no sure how well it would work.

Q:

I attempted to access the reservation page today and it takes me to http://www.flowreservations.com/. When will the site be repaired?

Tim S.  asked on  Mar 1, 2013

A:

Once you have purchased a voucher, you should be able to log in and create a profile and then make a reservation (for very early May) starting on Monday. We have purchased a new reservation system, so please be patient as we work out the initial bugs. We will get everyone out on the water!

Q:

Do you have to reserve a day and time at the you buy the deal or can you buy now and reserve later? If you do reserve at the buy time and weather becomes a problem, can you change the reservation? At what time does the morning and afternoon reservation begin?

Ken M.  asked on  Mar 1, 2013

A:

No, you can buy now and make your reservation anytime before July 31st. If weather is a problem, we will reschedule your reservation. We keep our time slots fairly loose. If you have a particular timing need, you can call us the week before your reservation and we will endeavor to get you in the time slot your prefer.

Q:

I couldn't see the number of boats in the fleet on the website but was wondering how many there are of each type. Last year I rented a boat called the Hurricane in a similar offer and really liked that one. There is also an expiration of July 31. Is that a hard date or is this good till Sept?

David F.  asked on  Feb 28, 2013

A:

We have many ski boats and many pontoon/deck boats (including several Hurricane's). While we don't guarantee a specific boat for your rental. If you will contact us the week before your reservation we will do everything we can to get you on a boat you will like.

Q:

What is the average fuel cost for a 5 hour ski boat rental as well as a 5 hour pantoon boat rental. I inderstand that it varies based on how much travel is done on the boat but on average what kind of cost am I looking at?

Amar M.  asked on  Feb 26, 2013

A:

Fuel usage varies greatly based on water activity. Fuel prices vary as well. The merchant would say the average would be 15 to 20 gallons at $4-5 per gallon.
