What You'll Get
Unlike summer camps, boot camps won't require you to put on a fundraising talent show to stop a nefarious computer company from turning Lake Cowabunga into its new industrial-waste depository. Team up to fight unfitness with today's Groupon: for $49, you get one month of unlimited boot-camp classes at Boone Strength and Fitness (up to a $240 value).
Nathan Boone of Boone Strength and Fitness assists exercisers of all ages and fitness levels in sculpting lean, chiseled physiques in stress-busting boot-camp sessions. After a complimentary orientation to plan fitness goals and doodle a map to success, campers attend total-body-workout classes of no more than 12 sweat shedders that torch fat faster than an arsonist in a donut shop. During each one-hour heart-pumping session, Boone lavishes personal attention on campers as they squat, swing kettlebells, and pull sleds, among other unconventional exercises geared toward keeping easily distracted life vessels interested. Boone schedules classes four days a week with early-morning and evening sessions convenient for busy worker bees.
