DO NOT give this merchant your business ! I purchased a groupon. I scheduled an appointment with her. I had to cancel as my 81 year old mother needed emergency surgery in another state and I had to be there. I spoke to the owner regarding this and was told "no problem and that I could reschedule ". I tried NUMEROUS times over two months to reschedule with her by calling, texting and emailing. She never responded. She cashed in my groupon on May 6, without ever providing any service.

I did not redeem my Groupon. It was redeemed by the provider. I went to the establishment for a confirmed appointment. The provider didn’t show. She did not return my 3 phone calls.
