Guests produce their choice of red or white wine in eight weeks. The wines to choose from include three reds and three whites, all 100% California grape juice varietals: Chianti, Merlot, Zinfandel, Thompson Seedless, Sauvignon Blanc, and California-blended white juice. Each batch produces 25 bottles of wine and includes corks, though guests are responsible for supplying their own bottles. Labels and shrink caps are available for an additional fee.

Those without the ideal environment for fermenting wine, such as a vacant secret dungeon, can opt to ferment grape juices within Borrelli Wines’ temperate cellar and leave all the making to the professionals by simply starting the batch, signing a contract, and returning to bottle the wine once complete.
