The Groupon will cover 3 passengers, but you can add one extra person for an additional $20 (each way if purchasing the round-trip option). The vehicle would not be able to accommodate more than 4 people total.

Hi, I understand the gratuity is not included in the roundtrip Groupon fee of $89. Is it true that a gratuity of 20% is mandatory, automatically added to the $89 fee? Is it true the 20% is based on your round trip price of $240, calculated to be $48? If the gratuity is mandatory, why isn't is included in your Groupon price? I understand the tax is 8%,correct? 8% of what amount? I fly infrequently, how can I be sure you will have a car available when I need it before I purchase the Groupon, which is only good for 180 days?

Unfortunately 5 people could not ride in one vehicle. It is a sedan, so the Groupon will cover 3 people and up to one additional person can be added (for a total of 4 people) for an extra $20.

I am interested in round trip from Shrewsbury to Logan for 1 person on Saturday, 12/15 (pick up at Logan at 5:15pm then deliver passenger to Shrewsbury), and Thursday, 12/27 (pick up passenger in Shrewsbury for 3:00pm flight at Logan). Are these times available, and is there an extra cost for Shrewsbury?

As we've found that limo companies vary when they figure their fees, I think it would be helpful to all to illustrate what this new company would actually charge for a specific "basic" trip within the service area, within the normal hours of operation (ie. NOT 12mid - 4am), no stops, 3 persons, etc. For example: Round Trip From Hopkinton MA (within the service area). Figure the tolls using the Mass Pike... Framingham (Route 9) ... What is the amount that would be charged to the customer going TO LOGAN for tolls + tax... and returning FROM LOGAN. I realize that the tip would be in addition and at the discretion of the customer. This would help a lot.. Thank you!
