The owner is who came out to do my cleaning and he was an absolute peach! Very professional, quick, and he even did some bonus items on my "fix-it" list without charging me extra. My house smells amazing now.

I was very impressed with the professionalism. They walked me through what they were going to do, then showed me they did what they said. I felt completely comfortable with them in my house and our discussion about the price. We used them back in 2020. We were so impressed then there was no question who we wanted to do the cleaning this time. I recommend Boston Carpet and Duct Cleaning to anyone without reservation.

excellent service as always. Dan the owner provided exceptional service. He was efficient and very personable. He offered additional services but did not try to upsell anything. This is my second time using his service and each time he went above and beyond. Will definitely use him again.

Dan and James did a fantastic job! Our appointment was at 3. Dan called to say he was running ahead and could come early, which was perfect for my husband to meet him. They were professional and courteous. They worked quickly and diligently all while being extremely nice. We would recommend them to anybody.

Amazing service! Dan & his technician were very thorough and helpful. He came to work on our home that we are currently renovating and even gave advice on other things, I was very appreciative as I am very new to the reno community.
