What You'll Get
Back for its third year, Cirque of the Dead continues its tradition of providing "macabre and unsavory" circus acts mixed with a witches' brew of live music, humor and horror to create an adults-only Halloween show -- which they warn is not for the faint of heart. But for those long past trick-or-treating age, this edgy Boston Circus Guild performance will do its best to seduce you over to the dark side with gory and gruesome versions of burlesque, aerial, acrobatic and juggling acts. Emperor Norton's Stationary Marching Band will be holding it down as house band, eager to get people out on the dance floor. Costumes are definitely encouraged, with a contest happening at each show.
This performance includes sexual themes, nudity and heavy use of stage blood.
