Our mission in Boston Fit Body Boot Camp is to deliver RESULTS! We will help you achieve your fitness goals and ideal weight, whatever they might be! We lead group workouts that integrate cardio exercise with resistance training and weight training, keeping sessions varied in order to avoid disheartening plateaus. Nutritional guidance supplements tailored fitness programs to ensure that clients are properly fueled to lose, gain, or maintain their weight

Our Groupon Class Pass options include access to boot-camp sessions for the duration of the pass and nutritional guidance. We are the Home of the After Burn™ workout. A group personal training program where you'll get high energy, fun, and challenging workouts designed to burn maximum fat and tone your entire body in only 30 minutes. We provide a combination of Nutrition/Diet Base program with the Boot Camp Sessions. We are a results driven gym, and our goal as trainers is to make sure you meet your personal fitness goals. That's what we do here! We will modify the exercises for you if necessary. As part of the membership we will weigh you, measure you, and take before and after pictures every week. Your progress will be tracked using the FitClients App and your trainer will be keeping track of your progress together with you! We will make sure you meet your goals in a safe and healthy way. We will teach you how stay in shape and eat healthy for the rest of your life with the help of the Transition Life Style™ program.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? For us is all about making a difference in people. We want to give the gift of health, the gift of happiness. When you feel good about yourself you achieve happiness.

What do you love most about your job? Seeing the smiles of our clients when they see their before and after pictures.
