Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

If there are two of us in the same boat, do I need to buy 2 groupons or just one?

Jennifer B.  asked on  May 20, 2013

A:

The $79 Groupon is for one boat which can hold up to two people, so you'll only need one Groupon. Have fun!

More Questions and Answers

Q:

If I bought enough groupons for four or six boats, can we call ahead and schedule to ensure we are all going on the tour together on the same date and time?

Don L.  asked on  May 23, 2013

A:

We only have 6 customer boats per tour. So yes, you can schedule all six boats for one tour. Note: At times boats do breakdown and need repair, so there may be a chance six boats may not be available at all times.

Q:

I'm concerned about making a reservatiion and then the weather being nasty that day. Since you have a 24-hour cancellation policy, does that mean if you think the weather is acceptable, and I don't agree, that I would then forfeit my Groupon?

Ken S.  asked on  May 22, 2013

A:

Canceling due to weather would be at the merchant's discretion.

Q:

How fast are you allowed to drive the boats?

ted n.  asked on  May 21, 2013

A:

The boats travel approximately 25-30 mph. Since the boats are low to the water, the experience seems much faster!

Q:

It says above that the $79 Groupon is for 1 boat which can hold up to 2 people. Is the $289 Groupon for four boats which could hold up to 8 people total? In other words, if I want 5 people to go on the tour at the same time, I only need to purchase 1 Groupon for four?

michael b.  asked on  May 20, 2013

A:

Two people per boat, so for 5 people, you would need 3 boats. Two in boat 1, two in boat 2 and 1 in boat 3.
