The most fun way to tour Boston Harbor!!!

With views of the skyline, 90-minute self-piloted voyages across Boston Harbor pass famous vessels and Charlestown Navy Yard

Sailors learn to be experts at knot tying, from securing the vessel with a tight anchor hitch to securing the captain after he succumbs to madness and tries to eat his own hook hand. This Groupon is a mutinous bounty.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $79 for a 90-minute captain-your-own mini-speedboat tour with a digital photo for one (a $159.94 value)
  • $289 for a 90-minute captain-your-own mini-speedboat tour with a digital photo for four (a $639.76 value)

Following an operations overview, up to two people pile into a US Coast Guard–approved F-13 speedboat loaded with all necessary equipment. From there, witty, knowledgeable staff lead groups as they pilot their own vessels past sights such as the USS Constitution and Charlestown Navy Yard. Bottled water is included on board, and boaters take home a digital photo to commemorate their voyage.

The season lasts from Saturday, May 18, to Monday, October 14. Available departure times can be found on the website.

About Boston Harbor Mini Speed Boats, Inc.

Boston's historical skyline sets the backdrop for aquatic adventures aboard Boston Harbor Mini Speed Boats' fleet of F-13 speedboats. The two-person vessels require no boating license, letting customers steer their own way across Boston Harbor and the Charles River. Kept on-course by a team of guides piloting the lead boat, excursions speed past well-known sights such as the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, Fort Independence, and the USS Constitution, whose wooden masts stretch towards the sky like a ballerina who let go of her birthday balloon.
