The young lady provided excellent customer service. If this was solely on customer service I would have given my posting a 5, but I am incorporating services and results I am only giving a 3.

It wasn't that it was terrible, but by using a coupon you are not given the full service. The part of the procedure that helps burn the fat is not included even though it states it on the groupon. I was told it was a extra $49 per visit. A waste of time and money.
