What if you rent it and then it rains?

Hi Sandra, This is a great question and thank you for being patient in waiting for my reply. In the event you buy the Groupon special and book a piece only to have it rain the day of your set up I would do my best to work with you to reschedule your rental to a new date. In the event the piece you have requested has been reserved by another customer on the date you would like to reschedule to, we would need to discuss choosing a different piece for your reschedule date. If however the piece you initially wanted is available on your reschedule date we would simply book it for the new date. When it comes to cancelations of setups wind and rain are the major factors. If there is a high chance of rain or wind speeds over 15mph I need to reschedule/cancel setups because safety needs to take precedence over anything else. If you had to cancel out right and have purchased the Groupon special you would need to contact Groupon Customer Service to receive a refund.
