Farm-to-table ingredients and communal dining. Those elements characterize a typical Bourbon & Beef experience, whose design can be attributed to new executive chef, Damien Jones. At Bourbon & Beef, Chef Jones alchemizes the modern American Steakhouse experience with a fusion of California eclectic cuisine into shareable plates and entrees made with as many local, sustainable, and organic ingredients as possible. Dinner features grass fed New York steak with bone marrow, California sea bass, potato crusted trout, or a bourbon burger. During brunch, guests can opt for a dungeness crab benedict, omelettes, duck confit, waffles, and enhance entrees with bottomless mimosas, or flights of bourbon or rye. The drink menu also features myriad tequilas, rums, vodkas, and bottles of wine, which, along with appetizers, are discounted to half price every day from 4pm until 7pm.
