What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I served a long career in Corporate America, but my job was eliminated due to a restructuring. Securing and maintaining similar employment will become a challenge, so I turned to franchise ownership as a solution. BPD Consulting Group was created to offer my experience and connections in the franchise industry in order to educate people on franchising.

What do you love most about your job? Without question, being able to have objective discussions about the pros and cons of business ownership. Many people are unfamiliar with franchising and look forward to providing an education so people can make an informed decisions. This is a learning process, not a shopping spree.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? "I have never really thought about a franchise that way. Honestly, I was afraid to ask because I thought I should have already known that."
