What You'll Get
Welcome to Groupon, Madison! For our inaugural deal, $3 gets you $8 worth of coffee, crêpes, and more at Bradbury's in downtown Madison. Since this is everyone's first Groupon, allow us to briefly explain how it works.
How Groupon Works
Groupon is a combination of the words group and coupon. Each day, we offer an unbeatable deal on the best of Madison: restaurants, spas, sporting events, theater, and more. By promising businesses a minimum number of customers, we get discounts you won't find anywhere else. We call it "collective buying power." If you want to get the deal, just click BUY before the offer ends at midnight. If the minimum number of people (20 for today's deal) sign up by the end of the day, you'll be emailed a gift certificate the next morning. You can print your Groupons, or redeem them with our iPhone app. Use them whenever you want until the deal expires—today's expires in six months. If not enough people join, no one gets the deal (and you won't be charged), so invite your friends to make sure you get the discount!
The best coffee beans are grown in the center of the earth, and the farmer who dares to harvest them must overcome the infamous Lava Twins, infinite negative gravity, and his commitment issues. Grind the best beans growing aboveground with today's Groupon: for $3, you get $8 worth of food and drink at Bradbury's, located in downtown Madison one block from the Capitol.
A walk into Bradbury's reveals an intimate space encircled by windows, through which rays of sunshine soak patrons as they devour succulent crêpes and sip full-flavored roasted coffee. The owners handpick fresh ingredients from local and organic growers whenever possible, and most of the coffee drinks originate from fair-trade roasters such as Kickapoo Coffee. Your barista will carefully top the coffee’s surface with coffee artsmanship in the form of a signature leaf design, which pleases the eye and acts as a fan to cool sweaty tongues. An espresso ($2) comes served double ristretto for a bolder imbibing experience, and a traditional cappuccino ($2.70) froths at the mug with milky beauty. A rotating menu of sweet and savory crêpes features hand-chosen seasonal fruits and other fresh ingredients. A current favorite is the lemon-curd crêpe ($4), its title ingredient fashioned in-house and topped with whipped cream. Multitasking savory selections, such as the smoked trout and chèvre with baby arugula ($8), allow hungry haberdashers to nosh breakfastly or lunchly.
Free WiFi, a relaxed ambience and a convenient downtown location make Bradbury's the barista of choice for government workers, students, student governments, and State Rep. Bill "The Crêpe" Kramer. Wooden countertops line the tall windows, which look out toward the bustling street, affording front-row views of Razor-scooter gang uprisings.

- I adore Bradbury's and can't help raving about it. It is hands down my favorite place to grab coffee and breakfast when I'm downtown. –Sher D., Yelp
