Appointment Cancellation Policy We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25. Please honor your appointment time. All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment with LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE, you will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee. You will not be able to reschedule your appointment until the $25 late cancellation fee has been paid. No Show Policy: You are considered a "No Show" if you do not arrive for your appointment.
