This was my first time using groupon and it was extremely easy to redeem this offer! You buy directly from the groupon app and you get a code which you apply on the Brainy Actz promo code when you purchase the ticket. The price automatically reduces to 0 dollars. I am satisfied with the entire experience of the escape room. Even though I wasn't that much help to my group of 4, we got lots of helpful hints through a walkie talkie.
