Great service; food was delicious. Overall, great celebration for my granddaughter’s birthday. Server even brought her an ice cream sundae for the occasion. Her favorite restaurant for steak!

Usually enjoy eating at Brann’s, but not this time. Food was good, but had very poor service. Not even a “thank you” when handing us the bill for dinner.

I have tried to dine at this restaurant several times to find it find closed in the middle of business hours. I also have arrived and was told that I would have to wait over an 1 and 30 minutes just to be seated. The food at this location is not as good as at Brann’s other location. The waiters and waitresses work extremely hard! You can’t keep good help if the management isn’t good!

They were very short staffed, we had to wait 40 minutes till we were seated. They had a birthday party where they sat us and it was very very loud, you couldn't carry a conversation with the person across the table. It was just crazy, but our waiter couldn't have been nicer and our food was very good. Felt so bad for the staff.

I usually order their ribs which I always like. This time I ordered a wet burrito what a mistake. What burrito had no sauce on it and no cheese that I could find.

The food was good but my wife ordered the French dip and I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. They were supposed to be served on a brioche bun. They were served on a hamburger bun, when we asked the server about it she said that is what they called there brioche bun. The service was bad, we never saw our server for at least 20 minutes we had to ask other server’s to get refills on our drinks

About Brann’s Steakhouse & Grille

Since John Brann Sr. built the first Brann’s Steakhouse & Sports Grille in Grand Rapids in 1960, the restaurant's steak dinners have become practically a local landmark. Eleven locations across Michigan have banded together to sell more than 15 million USDA Premium Black Angus sirloin steaks, which can be customized with grilled Gulf shrimp, boursin cheese, or sautéed mushrooms. The small plates are equally hearty and comforting, ranging from cheese dip infused with avocado nachos Wgift hile families gather to dine—lured by a kids' menu starring tot-size steaks --other groups turn their eyes to games on big-screen TVs and their lips to local craft beers and mixed drinks made with New Holland liquors.
