Group classes take place on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 6:30 p.m and last for one hour. They take the form of boot-camp workouts, meaning they're held both indoors and outdoors and incorporate kettlebells, resistance bands, agility ladders, and other equipment.
