Brasa Churrascaria & Brew Pub
Brasa Churrascaria & Brew Pub proves that Brazilian cowboys are the only ones who enjoy meals slow cooked over blazing bonfires. The Brazilian eatery specializes in churrasco, a style of barbecue adapted from Brazilian gauchos who cooked skewers of pork and beef over open flames. Now, diners belly up to their tables as servers cut slabs of succulent meat onto their plates as a part of a meal called rodizio. The "parade of meats" is accompanied by rice and beans, fried yucca and polenta, plantains, veggies, and grilled pineapple. For those in the mood for something lighter, codfish croquettes, mini burgers, and black-bean soup also dot the menu. And the ideal accompaniment to any meal is a glass (or bottle) of wine from Brasa’s list, which includes local favorites and South American specialties, such as Argentine malbecs.
