Choose from Four Options

  • $14 for 1 group class (a $35 value)
  • $49 for 5 group classes (a $150 value)
  • $79 for 10 group classes (a $250 value)
  • $99 for a private Pole 101 lesson for five guests (a $275 value)<p>

Guests can mix and match pole-dancing, fitness, and aerial classes, including Pole Level 1, Active Flexibility, Aerial Hoop 101, Primal Pole, Rock Your Body, and Twerk Fit. Hands master fundamental grips and spins in Pole Levels 1-5, and Aerial Hoop 101 perches guests atop a suspended ring—or lyra—to practice mounting, upper- and lower-knee hangs, spins, and breathing while upside-down. Pole Fit tones both limbs and torsos with nondance moves, and Burlesque for Pole outlines sinuous transitions between pole and floor work for gaze-grabbing routines. A class size of 8–15 students ensures that instructors can bestow corrective tips upon each attendee.

Capital of Texas Aerial Championships

The Capital of Texas Aerial Championships strives to provide a platform for pole and aerial artists, from novice to professional, in order to showcase their talent, ability, and passion for the art form while pursuing national recognition. The goal of the COTAC organization is to promote healthy competition, while creating an environment to learn and grow artistically within the aerial and pole communities.

Customer Reviews

Loved it, but I see that in the next week there are no repeats of Pole 1 Routine 1 to reinforce the learning that happened. It would be helpful to be able to repeat it next week. Thanks though! I had a great time and will be back

What an amazing place! Even though I was nervous about coming in for my first class, the ladies there are obviously professionals at making you feel at home and at ease. I definitely look forward to going back - once these sore muscles are ready for another workout!
