The link to the class schedule doesn't say what the different colors are for. I'm assuming the different colors are different classes, but it doesn't say what class yellow, green, or blue is.

All of our group sessions are full body workouts. Workouts are always different. We always focus on a strength component as well as metabolic conditioning (fat loss). We use a variety of training tools from body weight, kettlebells, Balls, bands and free weights. When I first created the calendar I had different names for the workouts, which was more confusing to people. Hope this helps.
