Age Guidelines: - Recommended for ages 13+. - Children under 13 may participate only when accompanied by a parent or guardian and with staff approval. - A toy-smashing option is available for younger children who prefer not to smash glass or ceramic items. - Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Damage Liability Policy: Guests are responsible for any intentional damage to permanent fixtures within the smash rooms. A minimum $250 fee will be charged for damaging items such as spools, security cameras, speakers, GoPro cameras, thermostats, lighting, fire sprinklers, or any other fixtures not designated for smashing.
Late Policy: Guests should arrive 5 minutes before their appointment to check in and prepare. Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so punctuality is essential. Arrivals more than 5–10 minutes late may result in waiting for the next available opening, which during busy times may take up to 3 hours. Guests running late are encouraged to call so staff can attempt to accommodate them or reschedule.
