What You'll Get
The first master yogis bent themselves like twist ties around their enemies, smothering them with relaxing vibes. Defeat your own stressors with today's Groupon: for $39, you get a 10-class yoga punch card at Breathe Hot Yoga, valid at either of its two locations (a $160 value).
Breathe Hot Yoga reenergizes body benders with 60 classes a week conducted in spacious studios. Breathe's impassioned instructors remix pliable poses with up to 110-degree heat, bestowing strength and flexibility while priming the different organs of the body to awaken and do their detoxifying pop-and-locking moves. Classes take place in a heated room to infuse each move with additional penetrating power and protect the body from injury. Antibacterial flooring, meanwhile, protects the body from bacteria with poor spatial awareness. The room has several zones kept at different temperatures for different skill levels, from beginner (85 degrees) to expert (up to 110 degrees).
Following sessions, inner-peace seekers can cleanse skin of sweat in the studio’s shower facilities. Participants will need a large towel, a yoga mat, a large water bottle, and microwave burritos for classes, which can be brought along or rented or purchased at the studio. First-time hot-yoga practitioners can check out the studio’s First Time page for more information.

About Breathe Hot Yoga
Breathe Hot Yoga's studios maintain a tropical climate regardless of the season. Though not as hot as traditional Bikram yoga, the studios maintain a balmy temperature for most classes, allowing muscles to remain loose and limber as students flow through sessions. Antibacterial, medical-grade vinyl flooring gives yogis the clean, steady surface they need to train excitable downward-facing dogs. After sessions, trainees can refresh and renew in Breathe Hot Yoga's onsite shower facilities.
