About Brew Run Series
Many things can motivate someone to lace up and push to the end of a 5K. A sense of accomplishment, maybe, or a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Maybe a jaguar let loose at the starting line. Or maybe just a cold pint of Monroe County's finest craft beer. Brew Run Series latches on to that last motivator, giving runners and walkers a craft brew at the end of six events throughout summer and fall. Here's what to expect:
- The Race: Each event is a 5K road course. Participants can run individually or as part of a team.
- The Beer: Brew Run Series partners with some of the best craft breweries around, including Genesee Brewing Company, CB Craft Brewers, and Hamburg Brewing Company.
- The Party: One pint is included in the race entry. But it doesn't stop there. Brew Run's after-party is a celebration of local food, live music, and, yes, even more beer.
