What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We hand-toss our delicious dough and then add only the freshest ingredients and fire it in our custom-built brick oven at temperatures reaching 900 degrees, leaving you with the best pizza possible. Every pizza is made with love!
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
A classic Margherita pizza made with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, fresh basil, fresh roma tomato, and mozzarella then fired to perfection in our brick oven
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Music, people, food: all three things inspired me to start Brick&Basil. [I enjoy] going to music festivals and eating well. Meeting new people is another one of my favorite things along with food. Hanging out with friends and sharing a meal is so great.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to bring people joy through cooking! I get to do this on a daily basis, and I could not be happier. Dreams do come true. I am living proof!
