Choose Between Two Options

On Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights, pizza makers sip on a three-flight wine tasting with a sommelier as they craft an individual artisan pie to nosh on when finished. Pizzas are made with pre-rolled dough, and finished pies are baked by Brick NYC's chefs while guests sample three two-ounce wine pours.

On Sundays, 90-minute cheese classes go over how to make mozzarella cheese from fresh mozzarella curd while munching on an antipasto plate and enjoying a bottle of imported Italian wine, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Grigio, and Chardonnay.

Instructor was very knowledgeable about wine. Very interesting. He was also very welcoming and had a good sense of humor. The pizza was a little light on topping choices but came out DELICIOUS! Would definitely recommend.
