While a piñata is a resplendent piece of art all on its own, the bulk of its celebrity status is due to the sweet candies that line its hollow chamber. Today’s Groupon emulates the valuable lesson of the piñata with $25 worth of hand-packed, hand-stuffed burgers and more for $10 at Brickhouse Burger Company on the corner of I-465 and Kentucky Avenue. Prove your love for hamburgers in a way that naming your first child Hamburger never could.
Whether you get your burger stuffed with cheese or stuffed with burger and topped with cheese, Brickhouse's skilled artisans will treat your burger patty with the tender care most reserve for pet pigs and dollies.
Brickhouse Burger Company serves up beefy bites amidst four 100-inch projection televisions that fill the air with the buzz of sports and the soothing voices of sports pundits. Whether you dig the energy of the clubhouse seating area or prefer the quiet of Brickhouse’s separate dining area, a menu of meals will pique your hunger tooth and activate dormant burger glands at the base of your skull so that your jaw unhinges a little.
Sweet-potato fries with a cinnamon-sugar dusting, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and a maple-citrus dip sauce welcome in the start of any meal ($6.49) and will gallantly lead your cravings down a road of jalapeño cream-cheese stuffed burgers ($9.99), pub-style fish sandwiches ($8.49), symbiotic plates of barbecue baby back ribs (half rack for $13.99, full rack for $18.99), and 6-oz. sirloin steaks ($11.99; 8 oz. for $13.99). Each juicy bite packs more punch than a punch-card machine on the fritz.
Though you can use your Groupon any day, it is not valid for Brickhouse's daily specials on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
- Brickhouse certainly did not disappoint. The three cheeses [of the three cheese stuffed burger] oozed out of every bite and just to put it over the edge, they added a layer on top of the burger as well. Yowza, that's an artery clogging, gotta be good the rest of the week kind of burger. The pretzel roll really held up to the juice rushing out of it and added a bit of bite to the whole ordeal. A real home run – FLO Eats Indy
- The second stuffed burger I sampled was the jalapeno cream cheese stuffed burger. Now, this one was over the top - in a good way. The jalapeno flavor was bursting from the inside of that burger and the cream cheese tamed it just enough – Rocky Walls, Smaller Indiana
- They still show all the games and had really reasonable prices and excellent burgers - the stuffed burgers were the best restaurant burgers I've had, and the service was awesome – Jason, Urbanspoon
