Thrice-weekly, 60-minute sessions of Hybrid Strength Athletic Fusion boot camp build full-body functional strength with a blend of complementary training disciplines. Students hoist kettlebells and free weights and work through partner drills and circuits to develop a balanced, fearsome physique.
Twice-weekly, 60-minute Outbox boxing classes include bag gloves and a skipping rope for students, who burn calories and build strength as they learn boxing techniques.
