I had an awesome experience at Bright White Smiles :). Kristine was really kind, patient and informative. She took her time with my cleaning and did a fantastic job caring for detail. Best experience I’ve had so far (and I really hate the dentist). Haha. The whitening was really effective also! It was my first time ever, but results were great 😊! Thank youuuuu and I highly highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with this business regarding a Groupon voucher I purchased for a cleaning and whitening service. When I visited on May 30, the cleaning was done manually because they didn’t have the proper equipment. The whitening, which was supposed to happen the same day, was postponed by the owner due to what she claimed was minor bleeding—though I didn’t notice any bleeding myself and was ready to proceed with the whitening as advertised. I explained that I lived far and needed everything done in one visit, but she refused and insisted I return on another day. When I returned on June 3 as instructed, I was unexpectedly told I needed to pay an additional $115.30 for the whitening—something that had never been mentioned before and completely contradicts the Groupon terms. I was essentially charged twice for what was supposed to be a single package deal. This business did not honor the terms of the voucher and imposed unexpected charges. I have contacted Groupon to request a refund under their Groupon Promise policy. Please be cautious if you plan to use a deal here, and do not agree to return for service if asked—you may end up being charged again. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
