While I did not like, not being able to make an appointment, I got there real early and got right in and got my oil changed soon after I arrived.

I ordered an oil change and an alignment. Pros: they assessed my car and determined I didn't need an alignment so they offered me an alignment check instead, which meant I could save my alignment for when it was needed. Cons: 1) The alignment check was $29.95 on the invoice but I was charged $40 for "tax and supplies" -- tax is clearly not 33% and I don't understand why the cost of supplies wasn't included (and what supplies are needed for driving my car around to see if it needs an alignment 2) the report said they checked and topped off my fluids but when I got my car back my wiper fluid light was still on meaning my fluids were still empty. I know for a fact that fluid wasn't added, but now I'm worried about what other fluids weren't topped off 3) Shortly after leaving 3 lights came on in my vehicle. I don't blame them for the problem my car had, but most of the time that I get my oil checked elsewhere they do an assessment to tell me what work is needed, if any. The mechanic I took my car to 30 minutes after leaving this oil change informed me of what needed to be replaced (including some routine maintenance items) but it would have been nice to have that checked. So all in all I'm very disappointed. I regret not using the Groupon I bought for the alignment because I don't think I'd go back here. I simply can't trust the work they do.
