Class was awesome!! I am super sore but it feels good to get myself moving again, after the past year and working from home I wasn't getting any exercise in, so this getting me motivated.

I love this place! I ended up joining and have been going for almost 11 weeks now. The trainers are so down to earth and motivating. The workouts are intense but manageable and only 30 minutes so I have no excuse to not go!

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
The encouragement of the certified personal trainer leading every class keeps the clients motivated, and so does the group setting. Participants motivate and encourage each other. And of course, the results that each client will see are motivating, as well.

Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain”? Why or why not?
Not all pain is a good sign that means it's working. You have to listen to your body. If it hurts, it may be a sign you are using the wrong form. But there will be muscle tightness. As you exercise, you are tearing down the muscle to build it up again, shape it, and make it stronger. This muscle in turn burns fat.

When and how did you first develop a passion for fitness?
I have always enjoyed being physically active, but I really became passionate about it after having children and discovering the struggle of getting my "before baby" body back.
