Nestled on a working cattle ranch, Broken Bow Ranch leads trail-bound trotters on intimate, guided rides through 1,200 acres of unspoiled upland and bottomland pastures. The ranch's hour-long trail rides are led by experienced horsewoman Gay Leigh Bingham, who provides basic horse preparation training for those who arrive early and have never ridden a horse or anyone who wants to practice Mr. Ed neigh-debating skills. Advance your chances of a rodeo career by trying your lasso hand at a roping dummy. Ideal for both rookies and veterans of the saddle, Broken Bow's trail rides are limited to nine people to guarantee individualized attention and safety.

Broken Bow Ranch

The trusty team of Quarter Horses at Broken Bow Ranch escorts visitors over the sprawling pastures and winding trails that grace the 1,400-acre working cattle ranch. Their owner, Gay Leigh Bingham, draws upon 25 years of experience when teaching new riders the subtleties of proper horsemanship. During private and group riding lessons, she aims to teach riders the proper way to confidently command a horse so they can ride comfortably on trails or help equine companions practice self-control when trotting through apple orchards.

Customer Reviews

Great experience and great costumer service
Alma L. · 5 days ago
They did a great job taking care of our kids. It was our daughter's fifth birthday and 5 is the cutoff for riding a horse alone on a trail ride. My daughter had been dying to do it ever since she was 3 and we were finally able to fulfill that wish. I was a little nervous because it can be very dangerous, but the guides were very professional, exceptionally friendly and did a great job keeping everything safe for her and our 7 year old son. They had a great time. One note: don't take a tiny sedan, you're going to be traveling down a dirt road to get there and it's a serious dirt road.
