Students can choose between two course formats—a two-week Express Plus program that meets Monday—Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or a five-week Weekend Warrior program that meets Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Over the course of 75 classroom hours, students cover introductions to commercial real estate and financing along with other topics discussed in the included textbook.
