What You'll Get
Exercise is a pleasurable activity for both would-be athletes and recovering pyromaniacs desperate enough to settle for burning calories. Fuel fitness regimens with today’s Groupon: for $49, you get six weeks of unlimited boot camp at Broomfield Fitness Boot Camp in Westminster (up to a $253 value).
Broomfield's Fighting Fit Boot Camps are designed to replicate the intensive training of a professional fighter, incorporating the moves of martial arts and kickboxing while excluding man-on-man violence. An expert, AFAA-certified trainer guides pupils through the furrows of vehement physical conditioning routines to tone muscles and train fat cells to disappear on command. Participants prime waistlines and beef up biceps during drills with props such as kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, jump ropes, and vertical Slip 'N Slides. A complimentary nutrition guide aids and abets the fitness process, and the calendar accommodates a variety of schedules with morning, midday, and evening sessions. Most classes take place indoors, though as weather permits, they may be relocated to a nearby park or the wing of a swooping plane.
Though Broomfield Fitness Boot Camp sometimes features a discounted price online, this Groupon still offers the best deal available.
