Napkins quiver in terror at the first sight of baby back ribs ($10.98), a meaty slab of Farmer John pork ribs smothered in sauce and a secret blend of spices known only to the chefs and their most trusted ladles. Smoky flavor pervades each chicken-links or beef-links sandwich ($7.68), which arrive tableside on a butter-grilled french roll with a choice of two sides, such as baked beans or potato salad, and a drink.
