I've never had this done before and I didn't make an appointment but I walked in and explained what I was there for. They took me right in the back and 5 to 10 minutes later it was done. I thought it was so fun. Tech was very knowledgeable and got it done really fast Thank you for a memorable experience.. My eyebrows are very light. I've never had them colored and I thought I look so funny
