CrossFit Mizner Park

At CrossFit Mizner Park instructors Steven Bowser and Jorge Cruz help exercisers reach their fitness goals, then push themselves even further. In addition to being CrossFit Level 1-certified coaches, Steven and Jorge have received specialty training in CrossFit concentrations such as mobility, running, and olympic weightlifting, allowing them to give precise, expert advice as they lead students through each CrossFit workout of the day. Though the workouts change all the time, each one relies on functional movements such as squats, burpees, and rope climbs, and also incorporates cardiovascular drills such as sprints. The movements can be tweaked to suit the needs of exercisers of all ages and ability levels, and ultimately aim to help them lose weight, increase flexibility and cardiovascular endurance, and build strength.
