If client misses or reschedule session 2 the cost of session 2 shall be charged when rescheduling.

How to schedule consultation prior to initial service and initial service scheduling:

• Subscribe to email list by visiting www.browzbyjamelle.com, send us a message with first/last name, Groupon code and phone number. Someone shall respond within 48 hours regarding scheduling with a link and code for online booking. Client may also call spa directly to schedule

*Every client is responsible for visiting spa website to read and review spa policies beforehand. As they are enforced!

*We require a consultation at least 2 days before technician can perform initial service. *Consultation cost shall be waived (reg.$100).

* No-Show Policy/ No Children or Extra guest policy enforced.

*Late cancellation We ask that you give a 24-hour notice in the event of cancellation. We understand unforeseen situations may occur. However, understand card on file or invoice fulfillment for late cancellations shall be enforced for 100% of the cost of service as stated prior to booking. Which are listed in our booking policies. If an appointment has to be rescheduled due to COVID related incident we ask that you contact spa directly within 48 hours of original appointment. If client, does not contact spa directly or email appointment does not qualify for a courtesy rebook.
