Take a funky trip down memory lane when Prince's mighty protégés, Morris Day and the Time, play the Yost Theater, along with with disco-era Grammy winners A Taste of Honey. Funk legends Morris Day and The Time were formed and produced by Prince. They've sold more than 10 million records to date, scoring a string of hits in the '80s, including "Jungle Love," "The Bird," "Jerk Out" and "Get It Up." More recently, they won a new generation of fans after appearing in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and performing with Rihanna at the 2008 Grammys. A Taste of Honey won the Grammy for Best New Artist in 1979 after their hit song "Boogie Oogie Oogie" topped the charts. They also had a top-ten hit with the song "Sukiyaki."
