Q:

Hello. My hair was bleached more than 2 months ago so my understanding is that I cannot choose balayage as an option. But, can i instead color my hair using the Groupon?

renata v.  asked on  May 10, 2013

A:

Hey Renata, If you're hair currently has color/bleach, then unfortunately neither option will apply to you. If the color/bleach is out, then you are valid to purchase. Thanks!

Q:

Can the Groupon be combined with a purchase for additional services (i.e. purchase the Groupon for color, then book a haircut at the regular price through the salon)? Thanks!

Christine P.  asked on  May 8, 2013

A:

I don't want to purchase another Groupon offer - I want to book a haircut at the salon's regular price so I can have both my cut and color done at the same time (vs. having to come in twice). Hope this clarifies - please let me know if I can purchase the Groupon for the single process color and then when I call the salon to book my appointment also book a haircut at full price. Thanks!

Q:

Is the highlighting offer good for a full head of highlights or a 1/2 of head?

Tara R.  asked on  May 8, 2013

A:

The offer is for Balayage Highlights, rather than full or half highlights.

Q:

So if I've had highlights in the past I am unable to purchase this groupon to use? Am I understanding the language correctly?

jones m.  asked on  May 8, 2013

A:

Hey Jones, The language refers to currently highlighted or colored hair. If your hair was highlighted in the past, but is not currently highlighted/colored, then you are able to purchase. Thanks!

Q:

In regards to the highlights, will there be an extra cost depending on the length and thickness of my hair?

Stephanie T.  asked on  May 8, 2013

A:

Hey Stephanie, There is often an extra fee for hair lengths past the top of the shoulder, or extra thick and curly hair. Please call the salon for exact numbers as they vary by person. Thanks!
