First they told us we were out of their service are but in fact we were not. They spent 5 minutes spraying around the house that didn't do anything to help our ant problem. We had to bring Terminex in to resolve our ant problem. They were able to get rid of our ant problem in one visit.

The Groupon I purchased for exterminating service was very limited and basic. It cost much more out of pocket to get what I needed and I don't feel that the additional service was sufficient for price.

Did not keep arranged appointment times and did not call to explain why even after telling me I would receive a call from owner/manager. With this level of service I find it difficult to see how they have been in business 60 years as their answering machine boast.

I had my groupon refunded as the description was highly misleading. The service technician came to my home and I told him I did not want the groupon preventative service and that I only wanted an inspection and now they are trying to charge me for the groupon service which i did not want nor did I receive.
