Phoned to book tire swap as I come from a distance. Told to just drop by on date I would be going by and they would do the swap. Arrived unannounced and waited while a vehicle was being done. Not long. Very nice people, offered chair, bottle of water while I waited. Once on the hoist, was quickly done. Pleasant owner and staff. Would recommend, and will go there if need their services.

Highly recommended! Best place to go for any vehicle issues. The staff is very helpful and will do their best to solve your problem. I was there just today, and I got one of the excellent service I have had so far in Ottawa.

Appointment required for deal. Made an appointment by phone and confirmed by text. Vendor had no record of appointment and I had to return later that day for service. Good price but too much time wasted due to vendor not being organized.
